QUALITY CONTROL
1. Knitting
- Single Jersey, French Terry, Fleece, Pique, Interlock, Rib, Cardigan fabric can be knitted.
- Cotton, Cotton/Lycra, Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Lycra/Polyester fabrics can be knitted.
- Our produced fabrics are checked in the quality control department by using light sources through our staff.
2. Dyeing
- With 7 paint boilers, we have a daily fabric dyeing capacity of 15 tons.
- Cotton, Cotton/Lycra, Cotton/Polyester, Cotton/Polyester/Lycra fabrics can be dyed.
- All dyes and chemicals have Oeko-Tex 100 certification.
3. Quality Control
All of the products will be under serious inspection and testing in the production process before shipping
